this balcony was meant to be installed on the second floor of the facade of the bezalel building on herzl street in tel aviv but didn't get a green light from the city.
after the refusal from the muniicipality it was stripped from the iron structure meant to hang it to a window and installed on ground level (see other entry in installation section)
